6-member Boyfriend was honored with a Golden Disk newcomer award.
On the 12th , Boyfriend attended the second day of the Golden Disk Awards which took place in Osaka, Japan and won the newcomer award.
They said “To receive such a huge prize like this makes us happy. We are thankful to all the 6 [members]‘s parents and agency and president and staffs,” and added “Please always watch over us. BestFriends, we love you“.
Boyfriend released a mini-album in prior to their debut in May last year. Today, on stage they will be calling “I’ll Be There” “Don’t Touch My Girl”.
